As a business administrator, add related work orders within a service template. A service is a specific piece of work that needs to be performed as part of a customer issue, such as the repair of a configured product.
In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click.
In the Create service window, on the Details tab, enter a name and a short description for the service.
In the Status field, select from the following options:
- If the service is active in the system, select Active.
- If the service is not active currently but you might activate it later, select Inactive.
On the Work order tab, click Add work order to associate a work order to this service and complete the displayed fields.A work order defines the work that a field worker must perform at a customer location.
