Pega Field Service Admin portal
The Pega Field Service application provides the Admin portal, which is a dedicated workbench for business administrators to configure the application. As a business administrator, you model your service business including service territories, company calendars, services, and issue definitions, which are all used in the day-to-day operation of a field service organization. Use the Field Service Admin portal to set up the following:
