Pega Field Service Interaction portal
The Pega Field Service application Interaction portal is a dedicated workbench for a customer service representative (CSR) to respond to customer issues that may require field service. As a CSR, you answer customer calls, create service requests, and if required, create and schedule work orders. You log in as a CSR in the Pega Field Service application to access this portal and perform the following tasks.
- Identifying a customer in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Creating a service request and related work orders in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Adding a new job location in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Adding a new sub-location in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Adding a new customer contact for a job location in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Rescheduling a work order in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Canceling a work order in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Updating the sub-location details of a work order in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
- Updating the customer contact details of a work order in the Pega Field Service Interaction portal
