Pega Field Service mobile app
The Pega Field Service mobile app is a dedicated application for field workers to view their assigned work orders and perform their work in the field. To access this application, install the mobile field worker app on your mobile device as described in the Pega Field Service Installation Guide on the product page. You log in as a field worker in the Pega Field Service mobile app. If you need to create a field worker account, contact your field service administrator. Your administrator can create an account as described in Creating a field worker in the Pega Field Service Admin portal.

As a field worker, you can perform the following tasks.
- Starting a tour in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Taking a break and resuming the tour in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Ending a tour in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Completing a work order in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Submitting a request to reschedule a work order in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Submitting a request to reassign a work order in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Reporting a delay in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Self-assigning a work order in the Pega Field Service mobile app
- Changing your password in the Pega Field Service mobile app
