Resolving a job in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal

Resolve a job by resolving all the related work orders for the job. You cannot resolve a service. If a job is resolved, the associated services are automatically resolved.

  1. In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, in the Jobs list, perform one of the following actions:

    • Click the More icon next to the job that you want to modify, and then click Resolve.
    • Click the job that you want to modify, and then on the Job details tab, click ActionsResolve.
  2. Click Submit.
