Setting up job templates in the Pega Field Service Admin portal

Updated on March 16, 2021

As a business administrator you can configure the jobs that define all the work that a field worker must perform at a customer location. Within a job, you can then specify the associated services required to perform the work. A job type is a classification that you can use to group similar jobs. For example, a large HVAC installation job would require multiple workers executing their work orders at the customer location. By configuring jobs, dispatchers can plan and manage related work orders together.
