Setting up work order templates in the Pega Field Service Admin portal

Updated on March 16, 2021

As a business administrator, you can create work order types and work order templates to initiate any field service. Within a work order template, you can specify the associated tasks, as well as the duration, skills, and certifications required to perform the work. A work order type is a classification that you use to group similar work orders. A work order defines the work that a field worker must perform at a customer location. For example, the Repair work order type can include various work orders, such as a scheduled car checkup.
