As a field worker, you can pause an open tour to indicate a break at work so that you can account for non-working or personal time.

1. In the Pega Field Service mobile app, tap on the In-progress tour and tap Take a break.

   Result: The Break time clock starts.

2. To resume the tour, tap Resume work.

   Result: The Working time clock resumes.
