Updating a work order in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal
As a dispatcher, edit a work order to update the existing information, such as customer contact details, sub-location, duration, tasks, skills, and certifications, for only specific status of the work orders. You can update the customer contact details and sub-location irrespective of the status of the work order.
The following table lists the updates that you can perform, based on work order status:
