Configuring model operator settings

Review and configure the existing model worker behavior to more closely meet your business needs.

For Pega Field Service built-on application, follow the steps to configure model operator settings:

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click App and enter PegaFSM-Data-ApplicationExtensions in the Search field.

  2. To open the data transform, click Data ModelData TransformModelOperatorConfigurationDefinition.

  3. To override the default behavior, select the ModelOperatorConfigurationExt extension rule.

  4. Click Save as.

  5. Save the rule to the default Apply to class.

    Note: Ensure that the ruleset is for your application.
  6. Click Create and open.

  7. Review and configure the settings. The following table shows the default values:

    ModelRegionalAdmin"ModelRegionalAdmin"This operator is used for creating regional admins from the Admin portal.
    Note: Applicable for Pega Route Service built-on application.
  9. Click Save.
