Creating implementation access groups

Updated on October 6, 2020

Create the following access groups in the implementation application by performing a Save as of corresponding access groups in the field service application and then change the application to the implementation application:

  • <your implementation application>:SysAdmin - This is an access group for system administrators. The default portal for operators in this access group is Dev Studio. This access group also grants access to the Field Service Admin portal, Dispatcher portal, and Interaction portal.
  • <your implementation application>:Admin - This is an access group for administrators. The default portal for operators in this access group is the Admin portal.
  • <your implementation application>:Dispatcher - This is an access group for dispatchers. The default portal for operators in this access group is the Dispatcher portal.
  • <your implementation application>:CSR - This is an access group for Customer Service Representatives. The default portal for operators in this access group is the Interaction portal.
  • <your implementation application>:FieldWorker - This is an access group for Mobile Field Workers. The default portal for operators in this access group is the Mobile Field Worker portal.

Change the work pool to use the implementation class which inherits from PegaFSM-Work. To change a work pool, see Assigning work pools to an access group.
