You can review and customize the extension points in the Dispatcher portal to ensure that UI screens and elements are rendered appropriately to meet business needs.

1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Launch web interfaceDispatcher portal.

2. Review the existing UI screens and elements. The following table shows the UI elements that can be extended.

   UI Element	Extension Points
   Left panel filters	Add or hide new filters (limited to the work order status values in the application).
   Filters modal window	Add additional filter criterion.
   Work order details	Add and hide new attributes on the work order layout.
   Actions menu on the work order	Add and hide new options.
   Field worker profile	Add and hide new attributes.
   Create milestones window	Add new attributes to the milestone.
   View milestone details	View Trip UI - Milestones window
   Map pin modal window	Add new attributes in the map pin modal dialog.

3. Open the UI screen you want to modify.

4. To identify the related rules, click the Live UI icon.

5. Select the element that you want to change.

   When an element is selected, Live UI provides information about that element, such as the sections and harnesses that the element is a part of.

6. Click the Open rule in Dev Studio icon to open that rule in Dev Studio and update it as needed.

7. To customize your changes, click Private Edit.

8. Click Save.
