Pega Field Service Implementation Guide

Pega Field Service is an end-to-end field service management application that includes an integrated mobile app for field workers. It can be easily configured and extended for any business and any industry to streamline operations, improve productivity, and increase customer satisfaction.

You can use Pega Field Service to:

  • Introduce a structured approach for the classification of customer-reported issues and the automatic creation of work orders.
  • Assign low-level and configurable tasks to the field workers as a part of a work order.
  • Schedule work orders to qualified field workers.
  • Maintain a command-and-control style master schedule of work orders to view their status and manage changes.
  • Enable field workers to work on their assignments and debrief on the work that they have performed.
