Creating an issue category
Issue categories are a grouping of related issues that a customer might encounter. An issue category can have one or more associated sub-categories that further organize the category.
In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click
.In the Create issue category window, enter an issue category name and a description.
Select subcategories.
Click Create.
Create issue sub-categories and issues. For more
