Creating an issue sub-category
Issue sub-categories are the associated children categories of the parent categories that help further organize the issues that can be reported by customers.
In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click
.In the Create issue subcategory window, enter an issue subcategory name and a description.
For example: Broken insert frame Select Parent categories.
For example: Fit and finish Click Submit.
