Creating a new skill
The skills and certifications associated with a field worker determine what work the field worker can perform. Skills are defined by the organization.
As a business administrator, perform the following task to create a new skill.
In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click
.In the Create skills window, in the Name field, enter a skill name.
Click Create.
Assign skills and certifications to the field workers to
track their areas of expertise. For more information, see Assigning skills and certifications to field workers and Creating a certification.
