As a dispatcher, you can reschedule a scheduled work order if, for example, the customer is not present at the job location at the scheduled time. In such a scenario, the field worker notifies you to reschedule the work order to a different time or date.
In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, to open the work order that you want to modify, perform either of the following actions:
- Click a work order on the timeline.
- Click a work order pin on the map.
On the work order page, click Actions.
Define a date range.
The field worker and service territory remain the same, but you can change it if required. For more information, see Reassigning a work order in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal.
Select the desired slot.
