The Pega Route Service mobile app is a dedicated application for field workers to view their assigned work orders and perform their work in the field. To access this application, install the mobile field worker app on your mobile device as described in the Pega Field Service 8.5 Installation Guide on the product page. You log in as a field worker in the Pega Route Service mobile app. If you need to create a field worker account, contact your Route Service administrator. Your administrator can create an account as described in Creating a field worker.
