As a field worker, you can submit a request to reassign a work order if, for example, you are not capable of performing the work. In such a scenario, your request is sent to the dispatcher, to assign the work order to a different field worker.
In the Pega Field Service mobile app, on the My Worklist page, open a dispatched work order by performing one of the following actions:
- On the My Schedule tab, tap a work order.
- On the Map tab, tap a work order pin and then tap the work order details.
On the Work order page, tap Actions.
Tap Reassign to another field worker.
In the Reason field, select a reason for reassigning the work order.
For example: I don't have the experience required to complete this work order.
