As a dispatcher, in the Dispatcher portal you can navigate across different days to view the schedules of your field workers. The date range tabs and related controls can be used to configure the timeline display.

1. In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, to change the date range, perform one of the following actions:

   • Click Day, to view one day on the timeline.
   • Click Work week, to view the Monday to Friday schedule for a week.
   • Click Week, to view all the seven days of a week.

2. To move the selected date range forward or backward in time, use the left and right navigation arrows.

3. To select a date, click the calendar icon.
