Disabling real-time updates to the Dispatcher portal

Updated on May 18, 2018

By default, the real-time updates option is enabled in your Pega Field Service application. If you want to perform an auto-refresh at a specified time interval, disable this setting from the Field Service Admin portal and provide the refresh duration in minutes.

  1. Log in to the Field Service Admin portal by entering your credentials.
  2. On the navigation pane, click Configuration and then click the Settings tab.
  3. To disable the real-time updates setting, clear the Enable real time updates check box.
  4. Enter the value for Refresh Duration in minutes.

You can re-enable the real-time updates option any time. For more information, see Enabling real-time updates to the Dispatcher portal.
