Enabling real-time updates to the Dispatcher portal
In the Pega Field Service application, you can automatically refresh job updates in the Dispatcher portal by using real-time updates settings. Before installing the Pega Field Service application, you must enable the real-time updates setting to the Dispatcher portal from the application server.

In the application server, open the prconfig.xml file from the following location.
/webapps/prweb/WEB-INF/classes -
Add the following environment variable in the file and save the changes.
<env name="server-push/enabled" value="true"/> - Restart the application server.
