Interaction History data

Updated on August 27, 2020

Interaction History is the decision management data layer that stores all interactions with customers (responses to specific propositions/offers). Information collected during each interaction is written into the appropriate Interaction History database table.

The following interrelated tables manage this data:

  • pr_data_ih_association
  • pr_data_ih_dim_action
  • pr_data_ih_dim_application
  • pr_data_ih_dim_channel
  • pr_data_ih_dim_context
  • pr_data_ih_dim_customer
  • pr_data_ih_dim_journey
  • pr_data_ih_dim_location
  • pr_data_ih_dim_operator
  • pr_data_ih_dim_outcome
  • pr_data_ih_fact

Each database table contains several default properties that are defined on the corresponding class and through case-sensitive string matching between properties in the database table, Strategy Result (SR) properties, and Interaction History properties. This data can then be used in strategies to determine next best actions and top offers. For more information, see Interaction History on Pega Community.
