Pega Foundation for Communications provides telecommunications organizations with a telecom-specific foundation, data model, and feature set. The application is based on the TM Forum Information Framework (formerly known as the Shared Information Data or SID model). Pega Foundation for Communications provides an object-based class structure for all objects that is provided by the TM Forum Information framework, with entities such as customer orders, customer order items, products, services, resources, and so on.
