Job scheduler to retire expired offers
Pega Product Catalog has a job scheduler ‘UpdatePOStatusAutomatically’ to look for offers that have ‘end date’ in past and mark those offers as ‘Expired’. And after certain number of days as specified in ‘OfferExiryAge’ system setting, the job scheduler will resolve the expired offers. It will improve system performance by resolving expired offers and making those offers eligible for Purging activity.
