Optional: Importing sample data
Pega Foundation for Communications includes sample data for common properties, such as customers, customer accounts, and products. The data can be helpful to visualize business processes and to demonstrate the capabilities that are implemented in communications applications. You can also use this information to verify the update.

Update Guide
To import sample data, complete the following steps.
- Log in to Pega Platform

https://<hostname>:<port>/prweb) by entering the administrator ID, for example, [email protected] and the password that you used during Pega Platform installation. - In the header of Dev Studio, click .
- Browse for and select the /Sample Data/Foundation_Sampledata.zip file, then click Next.
- When the import is complete, click Done.
