You can view the data records of any of the catalog lists in Product Catalog for Communications by completing the following steps:

1. Log in to the Product Catalog for Communications administrator portal.
2. Click Manage > Data followed by the catalog list type that you want to manage:
   • Business Line – the business lines of a customer
   • Industry – the industry of a customer
   • Distribution Channel – the chain of individuals and organizations that are involved in getting a product or service from the producer to the consumer
   • Product category – associated with a product specification
