Complaint - UC 3: Follow-up for AOR form

  1. Retrieve the case from PendingAOR workbasket.

    AOR letter is not received/available.

  2. Send reminder for pending AOR and record date on which reminder is sent and click Save.

  3. The system sends reminder correspondence for pending AOR.
  4. Case is withheld in PendingAOR workbasket.
