Grievance - UC 10: Review and resolve grievance

  1. Retrieve the case from the Research workbasket.
  2. Reviewers review the following information:
    • Category
    • Reason
    • Description (Comments entered for a Complaint reason while creating the complaint)
    • Incident date
    • Contact name
    • Contact phone and other details

  3. The reviewer may edit comments based on research.
  4. Select disposition.
  • Previous topic Appeal - UC 9: Download appeal case packet
  • Next topic Grievance - UC 11: Request feedback from external users
