Addressed the below mapping issues observed during 837 out bound generation:

1. Corrected the mapping for Date_ClaimCheckOrRemittanceDate segment in professional outbound generation.
2. Corrected the mapping for Billing Provider Tax Identification segment in institutional outbound generation.
3. Fixed few other mapping issues in dental claims.

Addressed the issue observed while parsing the 837 file that has loop 2010BB before loop 2010BA. This fix also provides rule changes that support Loops 2010AA,2010AB,2010AC in 2000A and 2010BA,2010BB in 2000B to be in any order.

As part of fix Queue-Method is replaced with queue for processor so that:

Progress of plan level flattening, can be tracked.
In case of any failure, reprocess the plans in broken queues.
Control the parallel execution of plan flattening (by defining the appropriate number of threads in queue processor
rule: “CREATEFLATTENEDPLAN” (which is defaulted to 1 thread on the queue-processor).
This activity “DELETEANDREFLATTENPLAN” is refactored to truncate the table instead of obj-browse and obj-delete by handle.
History class instances creation/inserts is disabled for flattened main classes to reduce the number of database interactions.
