Adding a new case type
Create a new case type that meets your business requirements.
- In the explorer panel, click Cases.
- Click Add a case type.
- Provide a name and description for the case.
- Click Next.
- Define the stages for the case type. For more information, see Creating a top-level case type.
- Click Finish.
