Step 4: Creating reports
AGM provides pre-configured reports that are customized for the various work objects, cases, and business processes used in the application. These reports give you complete control in managing your business. With real-time insights into case inventories and aging, you can respond with the agility needed to comply with your internal and external service level agreements as well as compliance mandates.
To create other reports, see Running reports from the Report Browser.
With AGM 8.5 we have a new set of operational reports added to track open and late cases across complaint types. Reports to track monthly case volumes in each category present a snapshot of overall throughput and highlight pertinent operational issues.
A few job schedulers are configured to collect the normalized data from the work tables for the operational reports. They are scheduled to run once daily, but can be configured to run as many times a day as required. These jobs are designed in such a way that in case of any exception, and if they don’t run for ‘n’ number of days for some reason or due to an exception, they start collecting the data from the last ran date after they resume.
We also have a job scheduler to purge the data created for these reports.
You can configure following DSS to set the number of days, the data created before those days gets purged. (730 days by default, i.e. the data created 2years before would be purged).
