The following activities create a new contact and MCA work object for that contact, respectively:

• SaveNewContactInfo in the PegaIns-Work class
• CreateManageCustomerAccount in the PegaIns- class

The MCA work object is saved in the IIF_WORK database table and is linked to the customer using OwnerId.

For a business customer, the PegaIns-Work SaveNewBUInformation activity is used before creating a MCA work object.

You can create a new business customer from the Customer search screen. To create a new business customer, click Create new. The Create New Customer screen opens so that you can enter the business customer details.
