Update Customer Profile

You can update customer details for both individual and business customers from MCA by clicking Actions > Update customer profile. The UpdateCustomerDetails local action in this menu launches a screen to update the customer details.

This local action is defined under the Flow-Wide Local Actions of the Design tab in the ManageCustomerAccount flow of the UpdateCustomerDetails class. This flow action has a SaveCustomerAccountInformation post-processing activity of the PegaIns-Work class that is used for updating both individual customer and business customers. The activities, which are used while creating a new contact or Business Unit, are reused in this activity.

To view the SaveCustomerAccountInformation activity, in the Dev Studio header search text field, search for and select SaveCustomerAccountInformation.
