Starting from Pega Foundation for Insurance 8.2, PegaApp, PegaSP, PegaFWUI and Pega-UITheme rulesets are not included in the application ruleset stack. When updating from a version prior to 8.2, you may see some issues because of this change.

The references to any rules defined in these rulesets have been mitigated by moving those rules into PegaInsure ruleset. This means that Pega Foundation for Insurance and other applications built on top of Pega Foundation for Insurance should work with no errors. However, in case where your application references one of the rules in these rulesets, you get errors such as “Component Stack Mismatch”, “Wrong rule reference”, and so on. In such cases, your resolution is as follows:

Include the applicable PegaApp, PegaSP, PegaFWUI and Pega-UITheme ruleset in the application ruleset stack or remove the dependency on the rules by saving them into application ruleset or using replacements from the current version of the insurance application.
