As a manager, you can update Dialogs, Coaching Tips and Expert Skills in a production environment by using theoption that is available in each process action of the case type. This feature allows managers to change these options without having to wait for a rule deployment.
Managers can also create reports in the My Reports section of the portal. For more information, see Running a report.
The manager can be given the ability to update other rule types in the Production environment. For example, the manager can update the Goals and Deadline for a certain case type. These rules must be delegated in the Dev Studio first. After the rule has been delegated, you can access it by clicking your operator profile > My rules.
