Business rule maintenance in the Production environment

As a manager, you can update Dialogs, Coaching Tips and Expert Skills in a production environment by using the ToolsConfiguration option that is available in each process action of the case type. This feature allows managers to change these options without having to wait for a rule deployment.

Managers can also create reports in the My Reports section of the portal. For more information, see Running a report.

The manager can be given the ability to update other rule types in the Production environment. For example, the manager can update the Goals and Deadline for a certain case type. These rules must be delegated in the Dev Studio first. After the rule has been delegated, you can access it by clicking your operator profile > My rules.
