Configuring an email listener
You can configure an email listener to route incoming email messages to an email service rule.
Run the Email Wizard. See Configuring email accounts with the Email Wizard.
Enter the initial email listener configuration information in the corresponding fields, and then click Next.
- What would you like to do? – Receive an email and create/manage a work object
- What is the class of your work type? – UPlus-OPs-FCC-Work-CustomerOrder
- What is your starting flow name? – pyStartCase
- What is your organization? – UPlus
- What Ruleset? – UPlusFCC
- What RuleSet Version? – 01-01-01
Enter the email listener information in the corresponding fields, and then click Next.
- Email Account Name – UPlus-OPs-FCC-Work
- Email Listener Name – myEmailListener
- Folder Name – INBOX
- ServicePackage – EmailDefault
- ServiceClass – UPlus-OPs-FCC-Work-CustomerOrder
- Requestor User ID – FCCUser
Enter the service package information in the corresponding fields, and then click Next.
- Service access group – UPlusFCC:Administrators
Enter the email account information in the corresponding fields, and then click Next.
Review the inbound email configuration details. If all of the information is correct, click Next to finish this process.
