You can change the portal header logo for your Pega Fulfillment Control Center for Communications application to create custom headers for the different user roles that access the application.

Once the portal header is changed, it displays differently based on a user's role.

For example:

• If a user has the FulfillmentEngineer role, the Fulfillment Engineer Portal layout displays.
• If the user's role is not defined, an empty header displays.

To change the portal header logo, complete the following steps:

1. In your implementation layer application, open the Portal Header section and modify it to use an implementation layer application-specific logo.
2. Save your changes.
