Pega Fulfillment Control Center for Communications Implementation Guide

Updated on October 7, 2020

Pega Fulfillment Control Center for Communications helps communication service providers to manage and accelerate the development of order fulfillment processes. Core application functionality includes order decomposition, order orchestration, order validation, and customer order fulfillment management.

Pega Fulfillment Control Center for Communications contains the following application layers:

  • Pega Foundation for Communications application layer - a baseline layer that contains the common shared information/data (SID)-based object model used to support the SID data element dictionary by providing an object-based class structure for common objects including: customer order, customer order item, service, and resource. For more information, see the TMForum website.
  • Product Catalog for Communications supports order fulfillment processes by using rules for flows, service level agreements (SLAs), user interfaces (UIs), landing pages for managing order actions, and the Technical Catalog, which is used to manage and create fulfillment plans based on product type, order action and item action.
