Adding and modifying review actions

Supervisors review procurement plans and select from several available actions, such as Approve or Reject. Customize the process by adding more actions or modify existing actions, for example, change Reassign to Pending.

  1. In the Dev Studio Explorer panel, click Data.

  2. Click the Procurement Option Map data type and save it in your implementation layer.

  3. On the Records tab, perform any of the following actions:

    • To add actions, click Add record.
    • To modify existing actions, click an action and edit its fields.

    For example, change Reassign to Pending or add Pending as a new review action.
