Adding a search field for a subject

Updated on January 18, 2021

You can search for a subject in the system by using basic information such as Subject ID, Type, Role, and so on.

To add a search field, complete the following steps.

  1. Open the SearchCriteria (PegaPS-Data-ICM-Entity) section and add the property field to that section.

  2. Open the D_SearchSubjectList data page and the SearchSubjectList (PegaPS-Work-ICM-Subject-Initiate) report definition. Add a parameter under the Parameters tab.

  3. On the Query tab of the SearchSubjectList (PegaPS-Work-ICM-Subject-Initiate) report definition, add the filter condition for the respective column.

  4. Open the SearchResults (PegaPS-Data-ICM-Entity) section. Open the table properties and pass the newly added property as a parameter to the data page.

If the new parameter does not display, reenter the data page name.
