Configuring review checklists

To ensure that the applications that users submit contain the required documents, you can verify attachments, such as ID cards, against checklists. Implement checklist reviews in your system by creating checklist properties and by adding checklists to cases.

  1. In the Dev Studio Explorer panel, click App. In the search field, enter PegaPS-Data-Config-CheckListMap.

  2. Right-click the class and create properties for checklist item fields, for example, label.

    For more information about creating properties, see Properties - Completing the Create, Save As, or Specialization form.

  3. In the Explorer panel, click Data and then click Checklist map.

  4. On the Data model tab, click Add field and add equivalent properties as fields for checklist items, for example, label.

  5. On the Records tab, click Add record and add checklist items.

    For example, add an identification document with Passport in the Label field.

  6. Include the new property in the Review checklist table by performing the following actions:

    1. In the Application Explorer, find the PegaPS-Work class.

    2. Click User InterfaceSectionReviewChecklist.

    3. In the repeating grid, add a column for the new property.
