You can change the names of the work queues to which cases are routed to match your company standards. For example, Review@implementation, where implementation stands for the name of your implementation layer.

1. In Dev Studio, search for and open the following decision tables:

   • RouteToProcurementOfficerWB
   • RouteToMarketAnalysisWB

2. On the Table tab of each decision table, modify the work queue names in the Return column.
