Custom audit and Timeline

Updated on January 18, 2021

You can use the Custom audit control to add custom audit messages for when a case is processing.

By default, audit messages are written to the case with phrasing such as "Item created" that is not case-specific. To update this audit message, you can use the Audit note on the connectors and utilities to update the pyMemo field.

You can also use Custom audit to filter the default audit when it displays the audit trail so that all of the actions related to any case can be tracked in a more meaningful way.

In addition, the Timeline control map tracks the activities of the case and displays the activities in a timeline view.
