Extending security questions

Pega Government Platform provides a standard set of security question for authentication purposes. You can define new questions and modify the existing questions to customize the authentication process.

  1. In the Dev Studio Explorer panel, click Data, then click Option Map.

  2. On the Records tab, filter the Field name / Group column by typing Security Question in the Search Text box.

  3. Perform one of the following actions:

    • To edit a question, click the question and modify the values in the record. For example, rephrase the question by editing the Display value field, or change the order in which the questions are displayed by changing the Display order field.
    • To add a question, below the table, click the Add record link and populate the values in the new record.
