Updating work pools with email accounts

You can configure custom work pool email accounts to enable the system to send additional notifications to work parties.

Before you begin:

If the default email account is not changed, work parties do not receive email notifications when work objects are created for them.

Your system administrator provides all necessary data for the configuration.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureIntegrationEmailEmail Accounts.

  2. Select an Account ID and update the details in the Sender and Receiver sections.

  3. Optional:

    To create a new account, click Create.
