Adding properties to complaint forms

You can collect more data by adding properties to the complaint form. For example, add a field to collect the submitter's phone number.

  1. In the Dev Studio Explorer panel, click App. In the search field, enter PegaPS-Data-Complaint.

  2. Right-click the class and create a property for the information that you want to add.

    For example, PhoneNumber.

    For more information about creating properties, see Properties - Completing the Create, Save As, or Specialization form.

  3. Search for and open the ComplaineeInformation section of the PegaPS-Data-Complaint class.

  4. Add the new property to the section.
