Vendors submit bids after a procurement reaches the Collect bids stage. You can customize the submission process. For example, you can expand the submission form or modify the process flow.

1. Customize the bid submission process by performing any of the following actions:

   • To add new fields to the process, create new properties in the appropriate classes, for example, the PegaPS-Work-Procurement-Bid class.
   • To customize the process flow, search for and save the SubmitBid flow in your implementation layer and modify it.
   • To customize the correspondence in the process, search for and save the BidAcknowledgement correspondence rule in your implementation layer and modify it.
