Request information

The Request information feature allows external parties to enter required information into the case directly by using the Direct Web Access (DWA) feature. An email is sent through DWA to the captured email address with any requested details, and the external party answers the requested information in a response email.

Use the request information feature to capture Organization, Email, and requesting details. The requested information can be viewed in the case from which the request information functionality is launched.

The request information component is created in the Pega Government Platform layer, but is used extensively in the Investigative Case Management layer for the investigation case and subject case.
