Complete the following prerequisites.

Installation and Integration Guide
- Install or update to Pega Platform 8.6 and ensure that you can log in as an
administrator.For more information, see the installation or update guide for your environment that is available on the Install Pega Platform page.
- Verify that you are using the latest patch release for your version of Pega Platform through your normal Software Distribution channels or by contacting Global Customer Support (GCS), and install the most recent patch release if necessary.
- Install or update Pega Foundation for Healthcare 8.6.For more information, see the Pega Foundation for Healthcare Installation Guide or the Pega Foundation for Healthcare Update Guide on the Pega Foundation for Healthcare home page.
- Apply any required hotfixes to Pega Foundation for Healthcare by using the Hotfix
Manager.For more information, see Applying hotfixes.
- Install or update Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 8.6.For more information, see the Pega CRM for Healthcare Installation Guide or the Pega CRM for Healthcare Update Guide.
- Apply any required hotfixes to Pega Customer Service for Healthcare by using the Hotfix
Manager. For more information, see Applying hotfixes.
- Install or update Pega Care Management 8.6. For more information, see the Pega Care Management Installation Guide or the Pega Care Management Update Guide.
- Apply any required Pega Care Management hotfixes.For more information, see Applying hotfixes.
